DAN MEHR has a broad based business and real estate practice. His practice includes all aspects of business and real estate transactions. This includes: leasing, financing, formation, purchase/sale, and 1031 exchange transactions. Dan provides general legal representation for many local and regional businesses. He is an adjunct professor of business law at Shasta College.
